A few months back I was part of a wedding open house called Get Married Edmonton. Rebecca from High Culture put together an awesome sweet table in my office for the event using lime green, white and black for a colour scheme with a few baroque detals and it looked awesome! All of the goodies were delicious and looked amazing! You can buy all of the tasty goodies from the The Art of Cake . The swanky linens are from A Chair to Remember! I love the idea of a styled sweet table for your guests at your wedding reception. It’s a fun alternative to individual guest favours too, just like a candy buffet! Edmonton Wedding Photographers | Details & Decor: Lindsay & Cory’s Lucky in Love purple and green wedding
Lindsay and Cory’s wedding in Edmonton on July 31, 2010 had lots of cool details. Cory had proposed to Lindsay in Las Vegas, so small gambling details were a great idea to add as a theme. The colours for the wedding were purple and green, one of my favourite colour combinations (my wedding colours were purple and green, although on the super bright end of the spectrum). I adored the cake and the awesome ribbon detail and look at the tiny dice that were on the programs. Later into the night, you had to roll a pair of dice to get the couple to kiss, very cool!

Lots of pretty details from this wedding at the Fairmont Palliser in Calgary! Lots of pink and orchids and sweet treats! Will add a few more later, but for now… check out the awesome guestbook table with the favours which acted as placecards and the rockin’ 4 tier cake covered in more orchids! Um, and did I mention the gorgeous orchid centrepieces?? Oh, and I am in love with Mina’s bouquet… pretty pink peonies! The gorgeous flowers were from Sensational Stemz in Calgary.
