I know, I know, I still have a TON of weddings and portraits left to blog from the summer, but I just could resist posting a few from this mini session with Amy in a spot that I’ve been dying to photograph for ages. I have to admit, I really missed photography in edgier and grittier spots around the city and hope to get back to my old edgy style! This session with Amy totally reminded me why I love shooting in the city! Here’s a few of my favourites! Oh, and have I mentioned I’ve fallen back in love with black and white photos!!

Unlike most May long weekends, this one was warm! Although, sadly, filled with mosquitos (my itchy spotted legs still curse you mosquitos!), we still managed to get some bridal party photos outside. This is one of favourite group shots. Yes, the traffic over the bridge was deafeningly loud. Yes, there might have been a few too many pigeons flying about. But I thought it was totally worth it! Not sure if everyone else agreed, but look at how awesome it looks!? Thank you to a great wedding party for suffering it out for me! I really appreciate it! More wedding images coming later, but enjoy this sneak peek for now!
