This is kinda fun! I knew when I took this ring shot that it was going to be fabulous. I submitted it for fun to the Wedding Photographic Society, just because, and it won second place in the details category. Go me! Gosh, I love getting my hands on the wedding rings! Here’s where the other winning shots are: http://weddingphotographicsociety.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=733
Let’s chat about getting you some awesome ring shots when you book ENV Photography for your wedding!

This fantastic table of goodies was designed by Juli from A Modern Proposal to fit a vintage-y pastel wedding scheme. A sweet table is a nice alternative to individual favours and can really add to the overall look of the reception decor. This sweet table featured a pretty yellow three-tiered cake with white lace accents and yellow flowers. The cake, cupcakes and cookies are from Jam on Your Face and were absolutely delicious! The table featured glass bowls with Kisses surrounded by coconut marshmallows from Duchess Bake Shop. Let’s not forget the wicked tasty macarons also from Duchess. The table was finished off with antique milk glass vases with yellow flowers. Oh so pretty!
Ok, so I can’t share the actually goodies, so feast on the photos instead….!

July 17, 2010 was a wickedly hot Saturday with sunshine and pretty blue skies and I found myself hanging out with the boys (for a change) while they got ready as I second shot for Elana Sacino of Starshine Photography for Christine and Jamie’s wedding. It’s nice to be the second shooter sometimes because you get to be around a much calmer and relaxed atmosphere with the guys. Once everyone was ready, we headed south to the Devonion Gardens where the ceremony took place on the newly finished wedding patio. Everyone looked spectacular and I was in love with the flowers from Graham and Lane. We also shot the bridal party formals at the Devonian Gardens and I got to spend lots of time with just the bridal party and they were amazing! It was lots of fun spending time on getting great shots to show them off! Congratulations to Christine and Jamie, it was a beautiful day!

On July 10, I decided to hang out with my friend Amy of Island in the Mist Photography while she shot a wedding and I brought my camera along for a little fun. It’s kinda nice not always having the pressure of being the one that has to get the shot! And of course, with having a Saturday off in the summer, it just didn’t seem right to not go to a wedding! I just snapped a few between stints as the driver.
Also my first time with a horse in wedding photos! Larry is the horse that Candace competes in rodeos with!

This fantastic table of goodies was designed by Juli from A Modern Proposal to fit an aqua and red wedding scheme. A sweet table is a nice alternative to individual favours and can really add to the overall look of the reception decor. This particulat sweet table featured a two-tier cake made in aqua with a modern red circle geometric pattern. The cake was also completed by matching sugar cookie cakes with red flowers. The cake and cookies are from Jam on Your Face and were absolutely delicious! The table featured glass jars filled with strawberry marshmallows, aqua M&Ms, blue Jelly Bellys, blue candy-coated Jordan almonds, and red Swedish Berries. As if the table of yummys wasn’t pretty enough, Juli put together two pomanders of red carnations to complete the table, along with a great aqua and red polka-dotted table runner.
Ok, so I can’t share the actually goodies, so feast on the photos instead….!
