I’ve actually been taking a little break for the past while to get caught up, so I haven’t touched my cameras in over a month! I went out Friday night, and after a change of plans, I thought it would be fun to shoot some Christmas lights and a few nighttime cityscapes. Well, with it being as cold as it was… I chickened out and didn’t last long. In fact, I didn’t even get out of the Jeep when I took a quick shot of City Hall before heading home to snuggle up in the blankets. I think I will wait until it warms up again (please, oh please warm up soon!) before I venture out to try again.

Beautiful shot! I love the colours

Remember trying to track down the Northern Lights? It was bloody cold that night too! It’s somehow the pictures are much more fun when conditions are less than ideal for fingers and toes!
Wow, terrific pics. Great work! I love the lights this time of year.
Great photo. Yes, I’ve been to Edmonton and it looks as cold as it really is in the winter!
What an amazing shot…as usual! There is a park in spruce grove with the most amazing lights, it would make for some neat shots…
